  • Are you handicap accessible?

    Yes, we have handicap accessible entrances and bathrooms on the main floor. The balconies and basement are not handicap accessible.

  • How many people can the venue hold?

    The Windamere has one main hall with two balconies. We can comfortably seat 150-175 on the main floor with the dance floor. We can add additional tables in the front balcony to reach 200 capacity.

  • What are your amenities?

    The Windamere offers exclusive use of the venue the day of your event, plenty of free parking, personal wedding coordinator, event staff to handle all of the set up and teardown. Decor and Bar Packages that can be customized to you. Enjoy a full weekend celebration with convenient hotels, restaurants, day spas, and hair salons, and bridal shop. Conveniently located between Dayton and Cincinnati.

  • How far in advance should I book my event at The Windamere?

    We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months in advance for other events to secure your preferred date.

  • Do you allow outside vendors?

    Yes, but we also offer a preferred vendor list to streamline your planning process and ensure quality service.

  • Can I host both the ceremony and reception at The Windamere?

    Absolutely. Our venue is designed to accommodate both seamlessly in one beautiful location.

  • Is on-site parking available?

    Yes, we offer convenient on-site and nearby parking options for guests.

    We offer flexible bar packages, including hosted and cash bar options with professional bartenders.
