Customizable Bar Packages
Choose from four bar packages that can be customized to suit your style. Treat your guests to beer, wine, and signature drinks — or opt for full cocktail service. Our highly trained bartenders ensure everyone enjoys responsibly, making your celebration fun and stress-free.
Your Exclusive 8,000-Square-Foot Venue
On your big day, The Windamere is exclusively yours. Enjoy:
The Bridal Suite: Complete with a mimosa bar, makeup stations, and a relaxing atmosphere to get ready with your wedding party.
The Stag’s Room: Tucked inside a historic bank vault, this private space for the guys features a flat-screen TV, cable, WiFi, video games, and a mini-bar.

Décor Packages
All wedding packages at The Windamere event venue include the following:
*Exclusive use of the entire venue (10 am - 12 am)
*Personal day-of wedding coordinator to handle the timeline, vendors, and logistics of the day.
*Set-up & tear-down of tables, chairs, & decor
*Ample free & secure parking for guests
*Access to both the private Bridal Suite & Stag’s Room
Platinum Package-
- 5’ round tables with floor length matte satin tablecloths in your choice of color
- Your choice of specialty overlay or table runner
- Your choice of Chivari, Vineyard, or Infinity chairs with cushions
- Choice of chair sashes
- Tables for the Wedding Party, gift, cake, and buffet, with linens
- Your choice of napkin color and napkin rings
- Your choice of premium centerpieces, candles and mirror included
- Premium chargers
- Premium lighting package with monogram (17 up lights, monogram)
Gold Package-
- 5’ round tables with floor length poly tablecloths in your choice of colors
- Your choice of table runner or overlay in your choice of color in matte satin or poly
- Cushioned banquet chairs with chair covers in black or ivory
- Chair sashes in your choice of color in matte satin or poly
- Tables for the Wedding Party, gift, cake, and buffet, with linens
- Your choice of napkin color
- Your choice of deluxe centerpieces, mirror and candles included
- Gold, silver, rose gold, or black chargers
- Deluxe lighting package (17 up lights in your choice of color)
Silver Package-
- 5’ round tables with floor length poly tablecloths in your choice of color
- Cushioned Banquet Chairs, uncovered
- Tables for the Wedding Party, gift, cake, and buffet, with linens
- Your choice of poly napkin color
- Your choice of standard centerpieces, mirror and candles included
- Gold, silver, rose gold, or black chargers
- Standard lighting package (17 up lights in your choice of colors)
*Florals are not included in any of the packages.
Ceremony is an option in the same space as the reception.
Vendors
The Windamere welcomes working with vendors that you have personally selected. You are free to choose your own licensed caterer, florist, DJ, dessert, and photographer. If you would like a recommendation, visit our Vendor page to view all of our trusted vendor partners.
Hosted Bar Packages
We offer four Bar Packages for you to customize for your drinking pleasure. Don’t see something listed, or you want to offer your guests a Bourbon tasting or martinis? Just ask Mica and she will make it happen.
Silver Package
Domestic Beers- choice of four
House Wines- choice of three red and three white
Craft Package
Craft Beers- choice of four
Domestic Beer- choice of one
House Wines- choice of three red and three white
Gold Package
Domestic Beers-choice of four
House Wines- choice of three reds and three whites
Limited Call liquor (vodka, rum, gin, whiskey, and bourbon) or Signature drink
Platinum Package
Domestic Beers- choice of 3
Craft Beers- choice of two
Mid-Range Wines- choice of three reds and three whites
Call and Top Shelf liquor (Smirnoff, Tito’s, Bacardi, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Dewars, Jameson, Crown Royal, Bulleit…)
Non-Alcoholic Package-
Unlimited iced tea, coffee, pop, lemonade, or punch with fruit mix ins
Bar packages include five hours of service, all soda, mixers, juices, beverage napkins, stirrers, garnishments, plastic glassware. All drinks will be responsibly served by highly trained bartenders. Bar Service will have a 18% Service Charge and 6.5% sales tax added.
