Our Team

Mica Glaser Jones

Mica has always had a keen eye for detail, organization and event planning. Whether its been during employment or being the “go to girl” amongst her friends and co-workers in planning every aspect of an event from weddings, parties, corporate events to baby and bridal showers.

 Mica is a co-owner of two corporations, The Windamere and Toast of the Town Events LLC, an event logistics company, responsible for managing all events held at The Windamere.

Mica has over twenty years of experience managing event logistics in a variety of industries, including bridal, high-proof spirits and wine, art exhibits, and social events. In addition to Mica’s professional accolades, she is always lending her expertise to friends, business associates and other non-profits assisting with fundraisers or events that make a difference in the lives of people right here in the Miami Valley.  

She takes pride in every event that she touches and strives to make each event as special as possible for the client and guests.

The Windamere Staff

The Windamere staff consists of Lynne Dillon who is the Assistant Event Coordinator, Tiffany Lowman, Bar Manager, and Carlos Canul is Event Support. Theron Jones is co-owner of The Windamere and Event Support as well. All of us are like family and we treat our client’s and guests the same. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who comes through our doors have an amazing and unforgettable time.

Oliver Banks

Oliver Banks is The Windamere’s offical mascot. He has been a venue dog since he arrived as a birthday present to Mica in 2017. You can find Ollie greeting people at the door, cleaning up cake crumbs, and joining in on the tours with his favorite toys. He even makes appearances at the Wedding Shows.
